This odd little toy belonged to my late mum. I have no idea where it came from, but mum used to play with it, like some people play with 'worry beads', or their Rosaries. It is one of those objects that you encounter, quite rarely, that feels RIGHT, it is very tactile. The Germans have a term for this, I have found: 'Spielzeug'. I can report, quite depressingly, that most handguns and light automatic weapons all feel 'Spielzeug'. 👎💀

Bought from a car boot sale about five years back, for £30. The seller did not know what it was. My local Sony shop told me it was worth about £700, and was very rare. The shop manager wanted to buy it from me. Not happening. 😊👍
