I am STILL happy! *giggle*
Although "the angry one" is still having a bad week! I wish so much I could be there to do SOMETHING to make him smile.
We started plugging in with other CSRs. For the past two weeks it has all been about how to talk to a customer. Fine, I guess not everyone knows to show compassion when the little old lady calls in to inform us that her husband died and she wants to change the name on the account.
So yesterday I am sitting with this guy that was really quite helpful, when it hit me. I havent learned ANYTHING about the operating system!! Its just not in the curriculum! We have some basic simulations but they are controlled and dont let you make mistakes.
So this is my last week in the classroom and will do FINE on the test, but when I get out on the floor next week? OMG its gonna be a fucking train wreck! I have worked call centers before, but MANY of the ppl in my class have NOT!
OH GAWD! I see tears coming! and not from ME!
Its cool. Next week my hours will be from 12-9 so thats much better. I am actually able to work overtime so I am going to go in at 10 or 11 instead. Thats for 2 weeks and than I will be on here all the damn time because i will be working from HOME!
OH and I am STILL not smoking!!! yay ME!
