I haven't been all that active on here lately as I've been going out way too much. When I have been home, I've been mostly playing Final Fantasy VII.

The Kickass opened for Dead to Fall the other night at the Jinx. The Kickass were excellent as always, and Dead to Fall was awesome. Their music, anyway; the pit was bizarre. I stayed out as much as possible, but people were doing cartwheels and spinning kicks everywhere, which I found annoying and painful. I ended up spending most of the set blocking this little girl (she couldn't have been older than 17). Two big fights broke out resulting in chokeouts and other nastiness. A fun night, all in all.

Ed and I hung out all yesterday, running around eating sushi, getting lotsa Indian food (frozen samosas!) and buying rats. Sadly, her current rat killed the new one as soon as we left them alone. That fuckin' sucked. At least it was a feeder rat, so it would've been eaten by a snake anyway..........

So it goes.

After all that, we ended up staying at her coffee shop until 5AM while some kids filmed inside. Now I'm sick in the head (physically) and the throat, so I'm staying home from work tonight.

I think I'll be in Charleston for Thanksgiving, and Cape Coral, FL for christmas. I should be in FLA for a whole week, so if anyone lives near Ft Meyers, lemme know.
