Contents: one beer, a little hash, and a most delicious salad

I'm trying to avoid drinking for a few days, and it's proving to be incredibly difficult. Actually, I broke down and had a beer tonight, but only one while watching Devil's Playground, a documentary on amish kids exposed to the outside world at 16. On Sunday I can drink again. I went to the bar last night to play pool, and it was a bad scene. Without beer, I suck at pool, and the bar is full of smoke and assholes.
I wish this damn cold would go away.
I think I have learned insomnia.
"Where are all the good men dead? In the heart or in the head?"
Does anybody know who said that?
