I'm debating whether or not to fly to Chicago for the day in May.
See the problem is that the Managing DIrector and Sales Director are flying to the All Candy Expo, and having meetings with companies whose projects I am working on. That's not necessarily the problem, per se, but the end result is that I only get half the information back from them, and then I'm working half blind.
I wasn't planning on going....but this one project is really complicated and completely new to me. I know next to nothing about US Export, but now I am managing all of our US Export!
I'm not sure what's stopping me, other than....well, I'm not a fan of flying, but oh well.
Other than that I'm a bit sad that Joe starts his new job next week. More pay, yes, but his shift sucks - 3 to 11. Which means evenings it will just be me and the girls (dogs), and it means I'll be getting laid less. Unless I make a point to come home at lunch I guess.
