Petite Jamilla kicked my ass last night. She makes everything look so fluid and easy. She's a great teacher, just need more time with the combinations and choreography. I am glad to have had some tribal fusion drills in the past because they re-appeared last night and it made things much easier to go "oh yeah, I've done this already".

So seriously thinking of switching schools, but change is so hard and I have a difficult time with it at first. I am looking for more though than what my current teacher can give me at this time. I want to dance with other girls but I don't want to feel like we are all on different playing fields. I want to dance with people of the same ability and skill level, that is the only way I'll learn and grow.

Thank god for S, I love that man. I feel like I have an ally in all this.
