Tonight I am picking up this dress:
It is the small things in life.....
However at the moment I must be in a bad mood because people's questions are irritating me. Or perhaps its just that the questions I'm being asked today are questions that I don't need to know and therefore don't know.
Or perhaps I'm just extra bitchy today.
I'm looking forward to the weekend: sledding with S on saturday (the best part of this is warming up afterwards the way two adults should), dinner prepared by me, and then I think we are going "rock 'n' bowling" with friends. Bowling basically consists of me bowling a few times, getting bored, and drinking. Good times.
I need a vacation.

And sledding rocks.
4 egg yolk
4 whole eggs
1 cup sugar
1 T flour
12 oz dark chocolate
1/2 cup unsalted butter
Melt the chocolate and butter over a double boiler
Mix the eggs and sugar in the bowl of a kitchen-aid set wkith the paddle attatchment, beat at high speed untill the eggs have tripled in volume and look like soft-peak whiped cream. Stop the mixer and add the chocolate, set mixer to low, and beat until the chocolate just begins to incorperate, add the flour and beat three more times. Finish mixing with a rubber spatula. Let batter stand one hour. Fill buttered custard cups and bake for 8 minutes at 350. Lava cake times 10! Chocoalte fondant cake!
