I had questions as to what a bellyroll is.
It is basically a ripple effect in the abdomen caused by contracting one group of muscles at a time - up or down - controlled by the diaphragm, the pelvic muscles, and the obliques.

Weekend was good. Weekend was awesome actually. I can't remember Friday night, but Saturday night was fun - UFC get together at the bar, my stepbrother was among us and he is pretty neat, and suddenly_subtle (!!!) was there, which was also neat.

Sunday I went shopping. I love shopping, it is cathartic. I didn't spend any money though. Well, I didn't spend any of my money. So I guess it wasn't really shopping, but browsing. I had an unexpected call from Jaybugg which was a pleasant surprise - I can only imagine how much that call cost

I've restarted the scarf that I am knitting 5 times - I think I've finally gotten it!
And now I work.
