Ok, I'm done.
I am finished with this particular brand of bullshit.

A few months ago I attacked all my drawers and cleared out every item of clothing that I had not worn in a long time. A few weeks ago I cleared my entire room, closet and all, of every piece of junk (paper, plastic, glass, whatever) that I had not used in a long time. Last week I rearranged my entire room. Do you see a pattern?

I'm going to have to do this with the people in my life too. Or rather, the people that are not in my life.

Without going into details, I'm not going to put effort into a friendship that is not there. I'm tired of hearing one thing (ie. I hope we're still in touch years from now), and then encountering a brick wall when I try to initiate something. I'm tired of being let down. Because there's always a fucking excuse. What good is a friend that's never there? Just another name to clutter my life.

At this point, that's where I'm at. I'm tired of clutter, and I'm tired of owning things that I never use, or that don't work, or that are out of date. It doesn't work for me anymore, it just bogs me down.
