First of all, Happy New Year!

Since the fight night was such a good idea we've decided to do the same for Feb. 3rd, and you're all invited.

I must say that I am glad this year is over. The moment I will remember was the diagnosis, but being diagnosed with epilepsy was probably one of the best things to happen to me. I don't have any excuse anymore to not take care of myself and sleep well and keep my stress levels down. I've had to take an attitude that is somewhat indifferent, I don't dwell on things I can't change anymore and I'm much more relaxed in general. I've also had to cut out people in my life who cause drama and stress so that I can be ok, and I no longer feel I have to apologize for it. Epilepsy has almost become like my child, something I need to protect and keep in line so that I can continue to maintain the quality of life I have, I really did need that kick in the butt to make myself a priority.

The beginning of 2006 started out as a challenge, but by the end I felt like a free spirit again. Its a good way to start a new year off and last night was the perfect way to end the year.

I'm not making any resolutions, but for 2007 I am looking forward to travelling, cooking, creating, dancing, new people and new places, awesome sex, career advancement, and more moments that make life worth living.

compromising myself to keep the peace

I had a few bad colds, but nothing major

My laptop

I am lucky to have the people in my life that I do

appalled = people close to me at times. disgusted = somebody's crazy girlfriend. now that's a story to tell.....

to expenses when I lost my license

I ended up going to my buddy's place and just celebrated and drank there....had a huge thai meal

Hey where'd u go for the fight? I always end up going to the wing shack.....sucks that Forrest Griffin lost......but i went for Liddell anyways (seeing we share our last name)
