Last time I was at my doctor's, I found out that I had actually gained 6 lbs. since the last time I was there (which was november - july). This, of course, led me to believe that it was possible for me to actually gain weight, and I went out the next day and bought protein powder with 600 calories a serving. I started taking one serving a day to allow my body to adjust to it, but then had to stop for a week. Now I've seemed to have hit a brick wall again because I've actually gone down a pound. Bodies are weird.
It shouldn't be that big a deal because I don't think I look horribly thin (5'8, 122 lbs. currently), but I could stand to gain some weight. It's not even so much the weight gain anymore that is driving/motivating me to continue to drink this horrid stuff, on top of regular meals. I'd like to look and feel better of course, but it's become my one main goal as of late to gain 10 lbs. Just 10. Finishing school, getting a better paying job, paying my car off, moving out - these don't seem as important to my immediate future. I just want to gain 10 lbs.
I'll bet in 20 years I'll be complaining that I can't lose 10 lbs.

Try to lose weight, maybe, that always seems to work for me.
