Try this recipie....

4 egg yolk
4 whole eggs
1 cup sugar
1 T flour
12 oz dark chocolate
1/2 cup unsalted butter


Melt the chocolate and butter over a double boiler

Mix the eggs and sugar in the bowl of a kitchen-aid set wkith the paddle attatchment, beat at high speed untill the eggs have tripled in volume and look like soft-peak whiped cream. Stop the mixer and add the chocolate, set mixer to low, and beat until the chocolate just begins to incorperate, add the flour and beat three more times. Finish mixing with a rubber spatula. Let batter stand one hour. Fill buttered custard cups and bake for 8 minutes at 350. Lava cake times 10! Chocoalte fondant cake!
