I tried and I tried but the cold caught up with me.. So it's tons of herbs, and emengern-C and these herbal tablets as well as washing out my sinus cavities.. I am desperate, I need to be better..
in other news, the time has come. Me and the Man really want to lose weight. We have both been doing the Wii fit but no change in weight because our eating habits suck. We were eating healthy but some how got off track. so it's back on South Beach Diet. it worked really good for us a couple of years ago and we can use the first two weeks a sorta of cleanse. With my hypoglycemia I can't do most cleanse,s but this will break the carb beast that has taken me over.. So for 2 weeks... no fruit.. no breads or rice and ... no booze
Last time I lost like 7 lbs in 2 weeks and he lost almost 15.. so it will be a good start and with the Wii fit we should be not just less heavy but fitter. We are both getting older and the extra weight is just too much of a heart risk as well as being rough on my knees..

we haven't had the letting agent round yet to evaluate but looking at others in the area and taking into account we are a college town where rentals are in high demand and the fact that its about a million times nicer inside than your average rental, we should be able to get about $3000 a month. Its got new kitchen, bathrooms, windows, brand new air and heat, floors, paint inside and out etc I could go on we've probably spent about $100,000 on it as we weren't intending on leaving for a while!!
