Wow you go away for a day and everything changes. For the most part I like the new site and I'm sure I'll get used to all the new goodies. And in a couple of weeks they will work out all the bugs and it will be all good. My only complaints are that it's loading slow... but thats fixable I'm sure and I'd like to see more than 3 of my friends blogs at a time.
Yesterday was so long. I awoke a little before 9:00am and didn't stop moving till almost 11:00pm. I got to do an amazing tattoo on SHARK and the lovely Koala came with her. It was so fun!!!
After work I was supposed to go to a benifit for my friends baby. The benifit was to help pay for medical treatment for her... but sadly she died early last week and the benifit became one to help with past medical bills and her funeral. I was way too beat to be social at all. I feel bad for not going but I just couldn't do it. I did however donate art for the auction.
So instead we went and saw GREEN JELLY!!! I was able to sit at the bar and sip my beer and not socialze and enjoy the band. funny I used to love live music but I haven't really enjoied it in years. But last night renewed my faith in live music. I really don't like to go see a band that just gets up on stage and just plays thier songs... I can listen to that on my i pod. I want to be visually entertained. So many bands don't do the whole show part of show business. Any way we saw the first band "Rosemany's Billygoat" they were way fun. and then GREEN JELLY went on, altho they kept screwing up the sound in thier mikes and knocking things over it didn't matter. there were large paper mache' heads on people singing and at one point most of the audience was up there too. I finally got to bed aboput 2:00 am... and fought insominia for and hour or so till I fell asleep and had bad dreams about screwing up tattoos because I was too tired. I think my body is trying to tell me somthing. So I am taking the next 2 days truly off... I will try not to do any art and let my sore hands rest a little. Anyone want to join me for a walk thru the LA zoo tomorrow at 10:00am?

Shark's tattoo is so amazing. I was thinking about getting another one but if I got one done by you then the one I have would just look like crap. So my husband (who is so smart) said maybe you would be able to do something to fix up the one I have or add to it to make it look better. I have a pic of it in my misc pic folder, let me know what you think.

Sunday we're breaking in my studio in Santa Monica...if you and morningstar want to stop by to see it and go grab some japanese food afterwards, that would be lovely!!!! Thinking of bringing small glasses of champagne
