The car is a bit crunched, we'll see how bad it is in the next few days.. But MorningStar and his mom are unharmed and that is all that matters.
On Saturday at work I tattooed my favorite Zen Buddihist. When he enters a room it's as if the sun is rising, he just brings this lovely sense of peace and love with him. And after he leaves I end up thinking alot. This time ther were 2 reacurring themes in our conversations:
The first is the world changes by the eyes you are looking at it thru. If you are filled with anger, things that are no big deal just seem so much worse and snowball eachother till you see nothing good at all. But when you are happy you see things as not so bad and can deal with things.
The other theme was what I like to call the banna peel theroy. Life will throw you banna peels to slip you up in the world. No amount of prayer, training or luck will keep them away. But how you train yourself to deal with these slip up in your life will dertermine how your life goes.
So this accident sucks, but if I look to the good side no one was hurt and the car may be repairable, if not we get another car. Being angry about it will only keep me in a negative state. I just need to deal with it and get on with the next thing. Another Banna peel and I get back up and keep on walking.....
