What have I done? really I want to know why I'm getting fucked so hard right now.
Apt #1 we were refused, even tho I have PERFECT credit, they knit picked about my debit.. so I have debit, one credit card and I have never even been late with a payment.
Apt #2 some one else had an application in before us, they were approved.
Then it gets worse. We haven't gotten a second car yet so we figured that we would rent a car for the 2 days this weeek that we both have to work. So we reserved a car a few days ago. We went to pick it up and hit tons of traffic, we had a ^:00pm pick up time and were cutting it close. But we did make it. Then I get in there and the Dollar Rental car place had a sign that they close at 3:00pm.... Then why did they take a 6:00pm pick up?
At this point I was totally freaking out. If they had an employee around I would have punched them in the face... I have fucking had it with the world. A very nice man at the counter of the hotel that the dollar rental car was inside was kind enough to get us in touch with the company. I gave the phone to MorningStar because I was unable to be reasonable anymore... we need this car tomorrow. We HAVE TO HAVE A CAR TOMORROW!!!! the bitch on the other end of the phone finally told him that we could pick up a car at LAX... He asked her about the fact that we wouldn't get there for possibly a couple of hours. She said it's only 11 miles away... in LA rush hour traffic 11 miles on the 405 is 1 to 2 hours. she was very unhelpful. There was nothing she could do because they were a franchise and had no control over the fact this location closed early.
So after this we called a place and took a look. it is right next to a feeway but it is big enough and nice and so is the manager.. cross your fingers we put in an application.
now I am waiting for a pizza that was supposed to get here almost an hour ago... really what did I do wrong? This dosen't bode well for the apartment, unless all of our karma is being used to get us this place.
added: we called agin on the pizza, seems the wedsite ordered it for 9:00pm tomorrow. You think that the lazy asshole who answered a half hour ago and told us the pizza was on it's way would have bothered to look and see if it was actually out for delivery instead of just saying somthing to make us go away.. god dammit people piss me off. I think I am going to have a nervous breakdown now

As for the internet pizza thing, I *love* the idea (they clearly and concisely get my order via computer, saving both of us time and frustration and expediting my order), I JUST DON'T GET how this gets fucked up. WHY in the hell would you even have an option on internet orders for scheduling in advance? Do a significantly large enough percentage of all pizza orders come in hours or days in advance that they even need that functionality on the site? I'm thinking no, in 30 years of ordering pizzas I can honetly say every single one of them was scheduled for BRING THAT SHIT TO ME IMMEDIATELY!
Okay, sorry, rant over. As you can see, I've had a bizarre incident or two involving online ordering. It'll get better someday, it's got to.
