2 more weeks of the f'in 9-5:30 schedule and then finally I will be on my 11-8:30, Can't wait. Tomorrow at work I will finally be on the phones for 8 hours a day. htey will give us a break schedule and they count adherence so if you run over your break time for a call it counts against you. oh well. If I make COE (Care of Expert) I will get between a $0.40 to $1.50 an hour raise. so far I qualify but I have to wait until I get out of training for it to take effect. this sucks.
They are starting a work at home program for us CSR's and in 6 months I will be able to take advantage of it. That would be so cool. No traffic, No other people there to piss me off. They will have metings through web cams and conference calls. it will be great.
