Well, today I had to take calls for about 2 hours. It went ok. not alot I can tell because of HIPAA laws.
I got to know one of my classmates, Shakia today. We were call buddies. They paired us up together to take calls so we could help each other find answers when needed.
Shakia was cool.
Tomorrow we fly solo on the calls which should be fun.
