What is it about vinyl records that makes me love them so much?
There's something about slipping a record out of it's case, placing on the turntable, hitting start and putting the needle on the record that I just don't get from putting on a CD or a track on my ipod.

Vinyl is a passion of mine as well! My father just gave me a used record player that needed a needle. So, me and my boyfriend went out and bought a REALLY expensive one [we had to]. It kind of defeats the purpose of a freebie but it was all to worth it!

and theres nothing like playing it on old equipment. mmmm.
