A lot of people go to the movies/watch movies to be entertained. Though I'm not saying I don't like to be entertained, that's not the only reason I watch movies. i freely admit that I like dark, slightly-to-completely depressing movies. While many wouldn't call that being entertained, I certainly do. I loathe most big budget movies and other stupid "Hollywood" crap. I love movies that focus on the human experience, show real emotion, and show what life is really like: raw and not so easy.
