Decisions, decisions....
Girls, I needs some advice.

I've been freelancing at my work for over 2yrs now on my own hourly rate but with no pay rise.
I love my work, I love what I do... But....

There is a job going at a rival magazine, that they have head hunted me for which is offering more money but it's a weekly mag, so that means it will be 3 x Stress = Overworked Three Strikes.

What should I do? Follow the money, or stay put and enjoy my life?

I think stay with Ralph;
- Ralph has been around longer, zoo is new and still trying to find its market. So it could go under and you would be with out a job
- The articles in Ralph have more to them.
- Form my point of view I find Zoo trashier.

Hmm, tough call. I say go to your bosses at Ralph and try to call their bluff. Say give me a pay rise or I'm leaving, if you're in demand then you have a bit of negotiating ability. It sounds like you want to stay but want more money. If they say no you can stay knowing you tried your best to better your situation or tell them to get fucked and leave.
But I know its easier said than done...
