I think on the last day of the work week you should be switched for hourly pay to piece work.
For instance, today is my Friday I need to finish spot priming 15 bays on Seattle's Safeco Field's to be meet the projects goal for the week. What I'm saying is once I'm done with my task I should have the rest of the day off and paid for a full 10hr shift. To spot prime all of that at my normal pace should take me about 9.5hrs but if I pick the pace I could be done in 9hr.
