The long and short of it is that if you register with each of the sites they will email you surveys, which you get paid to complete. They can cover anything from hair care products to mobile phone design to IT things to whatever. The surveys are all done on line and usually only take a few minutes. And you get paid for it! Gozing is the most popular and most frequent in terms of sending surveys, and they pay directly to a PayPal account. Down side is it can take up to 4 weeks to get your payment (normally US Dollars but PayPal can convert to GBP if you wish).
The other two sites accrue cash in GBP in your log-in account, which you can withdraw to your designated bank account whenever you need it.
