Well, I have had looooooads of sleep and was very refreshed this morning. I say 'was' because I am now a mixture of confused, miffed and worn out.
For the last two hours I have wandered around all of the food halls in Jersey looking for chocolate coated poultry. Neither Marks & Spencer, Safeway, Le Riche (Capital or Red Houses) or Ciel's old haunt at Checkers seem to stock such an item.
I've a mind to go back to my doctor on Monday and complain about his diagnosis and recommendation - quite where I am supposed to get a cold turkey on chocolate is anyone's guess

Do people still use shower-caps? Who hates getting their hair wet so much that they would commit such a showering faux-paus? You never know who might see you.
