I am feeling a little bit tender and hung over today
The idea was to pop down to the Sports Bar to watch the footie. Kick off at 5:15 meant we could have a few drinkies for a few hours and be finished by 7:30. That was the plan.....
When the final whistle blew it didn't surprise me to see Nick, Louis, Dave and Wes down their drinks and make their excuses. They are all married and only had a pass until 8pm at the latest. That left Sparky and me.
Sparky is getting divorced and is making the most of his new-found freedom; I am single and have no one to account to anyway. So we stayed for another drink, then one for the road, then one more because Sparky wanted to letch at the young totty in the bar. Then, around 10pm we both got our 'second wind' and decided it would be a great idea to head off to Liquid for a spot of clubbin. Yay!!
I haven't been to Liquid in a while and, frankly, I can't understand why not. I had an absolutley fan-bloody-tastic time and competely lost myself in my own little world of spazzy, Geography-teacher stylie dancin which I have perfected over the years. Without a care in the world I owned my little patch of dancefloor for four solid hours of boogying and went absoutely fuckin' mental when Darude's Sandstorm hit the decks. Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh yeaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh
The upshot is I am very tired, slightly hungover but remarkably happy.
Peace and goodwill to everyone

ive always had an obession since i was a wee kid and my mum died. funnily enough it links to my childhood being in jersey looking up through the milkyway in the summer seeing the sky so clearly. i cant speak for the other girls but thats my story. perhaps they just want something that looks cool or pretty. id like to think that ive taken it a bit too far now. gone a bit OCD... but i dont care if lots of other people have em. they mean a lot to me!
