I signed up at deviantART today. I don't really know why. I don't think of myself as an artist. I'm not an artist. I can't draw, or paint, or color by numbers. I don't know how to use a crayon. I can't make abstract art, or modern art. I can't write, or tell a story. I can't write movies, or books. I'm not a poet. I can't compose music, or play an instrument. I'm not a singer. I can't sculpt, or take pictures. I'm not a photographer. I'm not a graphic designer, I'm not an engineer, or an architect. I'm not an artist, or a subject. I can't model, or pose, or look pretty. So what business I have signing up at an artist's website, I don't know.
Occasionally I pretend that I have some art in me, but I don't. I just like to browse around all the other artists' work, and look at the pretty pictures. Maybe I have more business being there if I have an account?
