It's been one hell of a fun and interesting week...

I had a couple of days of Motocrossing with some friends. I still have a big bloody hip and gnarly bruise on my left leg from going over the bars really hard. I love that kind of pain.

My ex girlfriend who I haven's seen in about three years came to my party. Last time I saw her was the epitome of ugly. She absolutely ruined my world, but along the way i had made peace about her and the situation. Seeing her was actually nice. It was like the ugliness had never existed. There was no love, no pain just peace when i saw and hugged her. It's wonderful having that circle closed.

Went camping in Moab with my siblings and a couple of friends. It was hot as fuck down there, so we rented a raft and floated down the colorado river. With all the rain in the west, the river was higher than I have ever seen it. It made for some fun bumpy water. I feel like the luckiest dude alive to get along and enjoy my family so much........
