O.K. I have to have this f-ing sleep study done to find out why i am crazy, but i already know that it is stress related.
Problem: I fall asleep at random times during the day. I also do crazy shit in my sleep(i.e.: throw "fireballs", curse people out, I elbowed my girl right in the chest Ong Bak style, I also jumped straight outta bed and repeatedly ran into the wall.
Solution?: In four hours I have to go for a MSLT sleep study, which only takes 22 fucking hours. So I will be at the lab from 7pm until 5pm the next day. All the while wearing EEG electrodes and SaO2 monitors and shit. All to determine whether or not I have Narcolepsy. I am not looking forward to sleeping in some freaky bed all the way across town. My girlfriend Salem also cannot sleep with me. Just me and the electrodes and the creepy peeps watching through the window, studying my every move and brainwave. Gaahhhh! It makes me so uncomfortable to think about people watching me sleep, let alone monitoring me.
Does anyone else have this crazy fear of people watching you sleep?
