LEGOs, not just normal self made build your own. I build cities and lots of custom made stuff. :) From SWAT, to evil custom Medieval characters. I also do designs on PC too. :) It helps keep me distracted. For what I've been instructed, I have to keep myself distracted the best ways possible. I do Video Games, and go out once in a while, but this helps my head a lot............. My form of art.
