Ever had everything in your life going so right then something trys to turn it off course?
Well that's me at this exact moment.
The funny thing is, this time I know what choice I need to make for the better of me, and I have made it.
The sucky part is that some of my closest friends are involved and may potentially have the dead pan reaction of non-understanding and anger.
Yet still I know what I need to do to stay my course. Sometimes tough choices are made and it takes time for people involved to see the true reason why things happen.
I guess it's the time for the "time" to begin. Knowing the path I need to follow doesn't always mean the easy way. I realized that life only gives you one way, the hard way. It's that true drive to succeed that will make you WHO YOU ARE. life isn't easy, so achieving a dream should'nt be either.
At the rip old age of 33 (well in a couple a weeks anyways) I finally feel empowered enough to live my destiny, to begin my life. I guess it just took 33 years of experience until I was ready to do it.
Life is a scary mother fucker, but now i want my piece of it dammit.

Good to hear you are sticking to the course that's right for you (despite the fact that you KNOW it may alienate some people in your life) See... THAT is why we can make decisions like this now as opposed to earlier in life. In our 30 some odd years we have finally grown some balls!!!
