Monday, monday, monday. Oh how I loathe you monday.
Damn, has it really been a week since I updated? I suck ass.
It was a nice and busy weekend all in one.
The band had 2 shows, one on friday and one on saturday, both of which were prettyt successful. Though I spent friday night yelling at promoters, security gaurds and sound guys all night long, the fan reaction to the guys was amazing. We killed at our merch both and made plenty of new hard core fans. It's really beginning to be fun to watch people singing all the songs, word for word (including never recorded/released songs) along with the band. It's just plain rad, thats all I can say. Saturday night we played a tiny hole in the wall club just south of SF called the Rio Saloon. It was quite a fun little rag tag type show. No one had to worry about sound, set times or the like becasue there was no set schedule or real sound system. But since the place was so small, the band sounded rad with just thier stage equipment. I know we aren't going to get the chance to play many more of these small, stress-free shows so I better enjoy them while I can. I find that as the show gets bigger/more important, my intensity/stress level escalates as well. So is the music game I supose.
I then spent Sunday with my father(that I see about 6 times a year and he lives 5 minutes form me) at my sisters house. My older brothers (including a wife and baby) came along with my other sister and her wife. It's sorta sucks that I don't get along better with my family but we just seem to come form different worlds. Oh well, maybe in my next life.
Anyone do anything cool this weekend? yell tell...

Actually, I saw The Terminal last night and it was damn good. Tonight there is a 'punk' show downtown and my presence has been requested. Oh joy.
