eeeeYup. I turned 31 the other day. It wasn't the most awesome birthday ever, but I haven't been a huge fan of cake for a long time now.

"And if I feel Tomorrow like I feel today, We'll take what we want and give the rest away."

I thought I'd have to work all week, until an hour before I was scheduled to be there, so making any B-Day plan was kind of a lost cause. My boss did give me $100 last night as a bonus, which could mean 1 or both of 2 things. Either they really appreciate my work, or they need to pay me more all the time.

I did buy myself a bottle of Jameson in addition to the numerous free drinks that were bought for me. I had some great conversations with people I love and some incredibly fortunate strangers. I would have liked there to have been some sex involved, but that would be a whole new level of fortune. I decided to do the safe thing and buy myself a couple dvd's. I got There Will Be Blood, which I'm slowly learning to laugh at, and The Darjeeling Limited, whose soundtrack quckly inspired me to listen to and learn more kinks songs.( hence anything on this page in quotations)

I play the Darjeeling soundtrack or movie at least once a day lately. Its a strange compulsion, and I wonder if Wes Anderson isn't trying to slip his fans some kind of subliminal mickey. Anyway, I feel better.

I dreamnt I had huge blond hair last night. I also had a dream that I had done something the general public greatly appreciated, and that I was almost becoming tired of the praise.
