Work was a bit more enjoyable, I got shunted arround departments, in a way it shows that I know what I am doing and in a way its a back handed compliment that I can end up in areas I don't like because they need me as I'm good at what I do. I work well when there is lots to do, when everyone else starts to panic and can't see that everything can be done I just get on with it and rip through the work, however when the work isn't piled up I don't work that well, I slow down and goof of, I know it's going to get done so I see no point in pushing myself.
I just compleated my new 'favorite video download' there are many music videos I love for many reasons, I love this one as it's just awesome to see, especially if you are watching it and hearing it for the first time. To like this you have to love music, be a fan of the main types of metal and have an apreachiation for alot of the oldies and stunning guitar work.
The video is a live performance of a cover, the song in question is George Harrison's 'While My Guitar Gently Weeps' it was a VH1 performance and features Prince pulling off an amazing guitar solo.
Maybe I loose some credibility here as being 'alternative' but I always said I was the true 'alternative' as I don't fit in with any class. I love music, not just one type, and I love old classics aswell as modern songs, I like Led Zep and a load of songs from the late 60's 70's and all up to the current date. Hell, you listen to some stuff and it could have been made in the present age, I think Nirvana are a great example of this, alot of their stuff remains timeless, some of the Nine Inch Nails stuff was ahead of its time and at times it's like the rest of the music world is only just catching up with things from The Downward Spiral which was 11years ago. Hell I even have an apreachiation for Classical music, my record collection is insane.
Now, this isn't the video I was on about, but I do like this song and the video is oddly good also

My bruise came from walking into a fire extinquisher
