just came back from the belvedere show,
its kinda sad it was their farewell tour. so many bands are leaving us.
i couldn't even watch the opening bands, i'm very picky when it comes to my punk music. i find most bands annoying that i see. i don't like the scene here, i don't like screamo or hardcore. i find that screamin in songs (all the time) totally undermines the music itself.
it's ok to scream sometimes, but would it kill anybody to have a lil harmony here and there.

i'm a huge fan of 90's punk, and there are not much of those bands still kicking around. or at least coming to town for that matter.

i just got tickets to see BAD RELIGION and ANTIFLAG next week. so i'm all pumped for that. that'll be my show of the (rest of the) year.
i want my band to pick up the pace and start playing shows. i just got new members and we're trying to learn all of my songs. i just wanna play shows so bad. i'm getting offers everywhere to play too. from venues and other bands. but i keep tellin em we're not ready.
dah well, what can you do.
i also wanna get started on my magic video. i need a good camera and a camera crew as well. and then they'll put my special on the new PL, or whatver it's called now. yay london.
