Now that it's officially July, 27. I just had my 44th birthday on the 26th. I've been taking some time to look back at everything in the past year, and the remaining part of the year. I've started this paying off one of my credit cards and I still have one more credit card and my line of credit to tackle to get myself out of debt. I've been buying one to two ounces of silver every couple of weeks. I used to have close to 200 ounces back in 2010 but had to sell it off. I've sold more this year on Redbubble and Society6 than I have last year. Also, I'm looking to learn more about Cryptocurrency, since this is going to be more commonplace in the next few years.
I went to a Horror Movie convention like I do every spring, but had to come to grips with my friends' sudden death. I did manage to meet one of the members of GWAR, see Tim Capello the saxophone player in 'The Lost Boys' perform live. I also met the members of Combichrist before and after a show.
I did have plans to do a trip to Toronto, for a day trip out my hometown, but suffered crippling heatstroke this month, as well as helping my mother recover from a stroke.
For the month of August, I will have tickets to see Marilyn Manson/Rob Zombie perform live, as well as seeing The Adicts. Will I meet them? The honest answer, who knows. I will determine how both these situations play out. In September, I have a wedding to attend in September in the Ottawa area.
After that, I have no clue what will happen after this. I know there is a slight possibility that I can get my other credit card completely paid off. I need to see how this plays out first. Even though, this year hasn't gone how I wanted to go. I hoping to end this year to be out of credit card debt.
I guess this is my way of saying life is full of ups and downs. Not everything is a straight line like we want to be me. It's not as predictable like a Nascar race where its all left turns. It's more like F1 where there are many twists and turns. It's just a matter of how we finish the race. So, it's a matter of adjusting and being persistent with what we're trying to do and take it day by day.
