So for Blog Homework, I've decided to it on If you ruled the world, what are the first 3 laws would you pass?
Not an easy thing to write on. It looks more difficult to write about. As far as laws go, it should have to help and benefit humanity and the planet.
1) I would make sure that education is free, secular, and evidence-based. As long as people are learning it will promote the improvement of society. Nothing should interfere what should be taught in a classroom. Also, it will prevent things like misinformation that is plaguing the world right now.
2) People will have full access to universal healthcare. If you need dental work done. Remove an appendix, done. Need a complicated surgery performed. I say this because we shouldn't have to start a go fund me campaign in order to not go bankrupt.
3) Also, Universal income sounds like a good idea. Considering that a good number of people don't work good paying jobs if someone makes below the poverty line, top them off at the where it's at on year to year basis. So at least people aren't struggling to survive.
