a new year has begun, and yet it feels no different than any other so far. many changes on the way for me, so i'm taking it easy while i still can...school starts up again soon, for the last time for me, and this semester shows signs of being hellish...i can handle it of course, it just may require the relinquishing of my social life.
good thing i'm not in a relationship, or it would surely fall apart in the next few months.
things i'm looking forward to this year:
graduating
starting my career finally, most likely in a new city/state
new albums (and therefore tours!) from Skinny Puppy, NIN, Against Me!, Sage Francis, Iggy & the Stooges...as well as any others from bands i like of which i'm not aware of/can't think of right now
Texas Frightmare Weekend in June
...i'm sure there are other things, but i'm not very good at looking really far ahead into the future. i much prefer focusing on the present. and with that said, it's time to resume my enjoyment of my vacation...
