I fucked up my lower back at work today. I got it looked at and the doctor says it doesn't look to bad but I should take it easy for the next couple of days and put some heat on it to help it relax.

do you have a heat pad thingy? you should get one, they are wonderful. i have one with a little spongy thing that you get wet and then put it in the pad and then put it on your back. i got it to heal up my back piercing holes. it feels really good.
