i'm totally excited. actually i'm just dead tired but i'm trying to harness anthony robbin's powers and awaken the giant within. it usually takes me a week or two to get back into the swing of things when it comes to waking up super early.

i have a blind date, sort of, on saturday night. i'm totally opposed to internet hook ups having had some of the craziest bad luck in the past but this girl seems really smart and funny so i'll try one more time. we're supposed to have sushi and while i know it will diminish any cool cred i might have, i must say that i've never had it before. never had sushi. so tomorrow cara is going with me so i can make sure my stomach agrees with it.

cara's my best friend for sure. the friends with benefits thing is actually working so much better than when we were "together". she gives me excellent girl advice and encourages me to talk to ladies. awesome.
