Having no money each week is the norm in my life. Car loan, credit card repayments putting money into savings account and spending more money on supplements for my body building needs is an expensive workout in itself.

But today made me realise that even know i'm completely broke all the time I made someone smile.

I had been counting down the days till my friends birthday today and i kept joking that she wouldn't forget today. She said that no-one ever remembered her birthday, but that was too change.

Spent a week trying to find some decent flowers to send her, but couldn't find what i truely wanted.

Check my bank balance and everything was basically in the negative or almost there but I didn't care.

Spending my last few dollars on a friend and putting a smile on their face is more important and better lasting feeling than if i spent it on myself. Making my friends happy is more important than life itself, knowing that they are happy makes me happy.
