and the beat goes on

=============================================
Okay I want to add something...it bothers me. GREATLY!!!

I am a pro-equalist...I believe both genders have equal roles in life...but I get irked when people play the gender card...like in domestic violence- people don't use true stats to prove their point. I have had more things happen to me than I have ever admitted to anyone. I have been hit, kicked, stuff thrown at. I have NEVER done any of that to any female, and I researched some of this stuff...guess what I found out?

That most cases of domestic violence that are started by women (this includes hitting, verbal and all other accounts of violence) are NOT reported due to a double standard of the guy feeling embarassed and not taken weriously. I have never reported any of my abuses...nor did I report the date rape that happened to me by a woman. All I ask for in society is that people recognise that there are many things that are not reported and often skewed by one side or another...

Sorry, it just bothers me that people won't use all the facts...guess there is nothing that I can do about that.

I just wanted to stop by and say I agree with everything you've been saying in the Dating Sucks thread at the moment. I'm in the same sort of situation, I share my bed but nothing happens, and the other person knows 199% that nothing will ever happen again. We're still married but in "that" sense we haven't been intimate for over 4 years now and we only share a bed still because of the size of the house, our kids and the financial mess we're currently in.

Just wanted to say, you have an ally here smile

Love and kisses
