So Dec 21st was my last blog post....

Well, since my accident in November a lot has changed in my life, it's had to, all for the better.

I've rediscovered myself and have begun exploring Eastern spirituality as a means of repairing myself, rather than wait on the absolutely useless Heath Hospital. So the past 4 months I have been learning yoga, engaging in meditation, improving my diet - I'm now virtually vegan and gluten free (just deciding on the fate of eggs), quitting smoking, cutting down on alcohol and eliminating lager and bitter (goes with the gluten free - think I may actually have coeliac), avoiding caffeine and loving shiatsu massage.

I feel so much better than I have done in a long time. I no longer feel depressed, I'm no longer leaving things until tomorrow when I can do them today.

As with all change, there has to be some sacrifices.

One of which is SG. I have not used the site much in the past year and can no longer justify the cost.

So come April 1st I will no longer be a member. (ironic date)
