in other news, i'm considering taking a technological sabbatical. it's gotten to the point where debating with people on the current events board is like punching jell-o. my internet connection is also to blame, as it constantly fails to work. there's also a lot of stuff to do around the house, including moving furniture and making sure my father doesn't try to do anything physical. i've finally picked up a new book, our ecstatic days by steve erickson. i think i'll take it to the pool and/or beach with me.

so, to everyone who bothers reading my journal, whether you like me or don't, drop me a comment or something, and know that i'd love to get back to everyone, even if my faulty internet connection prevents me from doing so.
