Most professional photography organisations around the world have shoot off's to share skills and improve the quality of the photography within the group. I thought this was a good idea for us? Seems I am on my own though?

From what I've learned in my short time here, photographers are generally thought of like ants at a picnic and about as popular. With very few exceptions, that seems to be the general attitude from the top of the organization down.

My advice is to keep your head low.
