Yay the weekend is here. I started a homebrew science experiment today. I tried brewing 13% by volume beer made entirely from sucrose or regular table sugar. This was based on an inspiration received from a beer called Belzebuth which tastes as if it contains no hops at all. This "beer" that I made looked gross and smelled awful. The plus side is that the cost of materials is 3.77 dollars for about a dozen beers so it costs less than the dreaded natty light. I also plan to dye the beer to see if making green beer for st. pats is possible. As I said this is only an experiment. We will see what the results are.
