I rented Need for Speed Underground two days ago and I've been playing it. It makes me feel happy in a very ghetto/little asian kid way, and I just had to pimp out my car some. I bought an air freshener. It shows the high end of my budget for car mods.
The game is pretty lame overall. The racing is not that challenging, and basically the entire thing rewards you for sucking at racing games. The motto is "it isn't if you when or lose....it's how you look while doing it." Good capitalist message I guess. My roommate said it was like barbi for cars...."you even get to dress them up."
I'm going to go back to rent midnight club II again because now I really want to play a good game.
