I saw my friend'd band - the High Tigers - play yesterday @ the Continental (or was it last night? I dunno what part of day it is after doing graveyards ... )

I was lucky cuz it was my day off - and I really wanted to see 'em play. At first I didnt know it was his side-band but when I saw him behind the skins, I knew it was a side project.

The gears in my head started a-churning: if he could do it, why cant I? Not only in music, but life in general. The fear of the unknown always bothered me. I never really was a risk-taker. I need to cut loose the ties I have and take the plunge.

A big endeavor that I am willing to take - for my sake and the world's.
