Jaded Fucker Pt.2
Later, that is the point where we both decided we were offically "dating". Hell we didn't even tell people we knew at the time. By that time I had started chatting online. I used the nick Adque on every chat program I had my hands on except Yahoo. So e bastard took it. Anyway. It wasnt that we were keeping some sordid secret. We were kind of letting the chips fall where they may.
It took everyone about 2 weeks to figure it out. Hell you can't show up to parties and clubs together all the time and keep something a secret. Not that it mattered. Well that and getting caught fucking in the parking lot of the 5 & Diner after a night out didn't help.
About 4 months later she needed a roomie. she lost her job and was a student. I offered to move in. at this point we knew each other for over a year so why not. The first night I come home from work I am wearing my uniform and she says to me, "You work for a car dealer?" This is when she finds out I am an auto mechanic and have been making good money. She had finally figured out why I was so stubborn about letting her pay for stuff. She still insisted on paying for half the bills but it isn't like I was pressing the issue.
We were happy together. The fact I could support both of us and she flat out rejected that thought was a dream come true. After that last semester of her Bachelor's degree she layed it on me.
She wanted to complete a little more school and move to Austrailia the following year. She wanted to be a criminal profiler for the Deptarment of Defense and I knew this all along. So I looked into it and to my suprise Jeep mechanic were in demand at the time and it would actually be a raise in wages for me to move. I didn't mention it. She brought it up 2 nights later and I told her I would go if she wanted me to.
Sometimes, life just fits together like a child's puzzle.
