Here is another original. It is not my favorite but I wanted to post another and am in no mood to write.

Whole

falling into the black hole of eternity
a part of me breaks for the light
my soul tattered and torn aches for serenity
do I go or put up a fight

I fought the good fight and the bad
is what i have done really so bad
all I wanted was for the world to be my own
and thus I am left alone

breathe for the moment of peace
fight to right who has wronged
make your own world a better place
Above all just leave me whole

I gave you my trust and faith
I got left defenseless in this world of yours
I had no fight left just a hole
Please just leave me on my own

you took my trust and faith
you gave me the tools of change

now I am whole again.
