try these thing witout the use off your "off" hand.

1. put peanutbutter and jelly on toast

2. tie your shoes.

3. take a shower (note: you must keep the off hand out of the water)

4. open a 20 oz mt. dew

5. open a can of beer or pop

6. respond on the forum.

7. make a pot of coffee

8. eat a gyro

9. play a PC game

10. take a dvd or cd out of the case.
